Hike at 📍Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi

Bukit Gasing and Taman Rimba Kerinchi is basically the same forest, where prior one is in Petaling Jaya and later one in Kuala Lumpur. Sadly the car park is closed on public holiday, so we have to park by the roadside. The first thing we noticed are the mosquitos, instantly got bitten once we get down from the car. The forest feels like a community forest, albeit is pretty large area. Do use a map App with the trails, as there are many trails. It does have huge bridge at the entrance. Within the forest there is a suspension bridge, a broken down tower and a really tiny waterfall. There is a viewpoint near an Indian temple, with a pretty nice view of KL. You could spend from 1h up to 4h to explore the trails here, but there are quite a lot of aggressive mosquitos.
